Welcome to Zyra
Zyra is a 2D virtual office. You get an avatar that walks around a map, and when you step close to a teammate, audio and video open by themselves — just like walking over to someone's desk. This guide takes you from creating an account to running meetings and sharing your screen.

One working area for your team — it holds a map, its members, and a capacity limit.

Sign up with email
- Enter your name, last name, email and password, then accept the Terms of Services and Privacy Policy.
- Passwords need at least 8 characters with upper- and lowercase letters, a number and a special character.
- We email you a 6-digit OTP — enter it on the Verify screen. You can request a new one if it expires.
- Once verified, you land in the Space lobby automatically.

After signing in you see every Space you can access, split into three tabs.

On each card
- Thumbnail, Space name, your role, and online count / capacity
- Click the card to enter the Space
- The ⋮ menu holds Enter, Copy link, open Editor (if you may), and Leave
Use Create workspace in the top right to start a new Space from a template — name it, pick a map, and invite your team right away.
4ก่อนเข้าออฟฟิศBefore you enter
- เลือก ตัวละคร (avatar) จากรายการที่มี — ตัวเลือกของคุณจะถูกจำไว้ครั้งต่อไป

- กดเข้า — หน้า loading จะเชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ โหลดแผนที่ และโหลดรายชื่อสมาชิก
เมื่อกลับเข้ามาใหม่ ตัวละครจะเกิดที่ตำแหน่งเดิมที่คุณออกไป (ถ้ามี) ไม่ใช่จุดเริ่มต้นเสมอ
- Pick your avatar from the list — your choice is remembered next time.
- Set the character name other people see floating above your head.
- Check mic and camera — always press Allow when the browser asks for permission.
- Enter. The loading screen connects to the server, loads the map, then loads the member list.
When you come back, your avatar respawns where you left off rather than at the default spawn point.

- Minimap (bottom right) — the whole floor plus where everyone is

แชร์หน้าจอ
- เดินเข้า meeting zone และเริ่มคุยกับทีม
- กดไอคอนแชร์หน้าจอที่แถบล่าง เลือกหน้าต่างหรือแท็บ แล้วกด Share
- กด Stop sharing เมื่อเสร็จ
หนึ่งโซนแชร์ได้พร้อมกันสูงสุด 2 คน ถ้าเต็มจะขอคิวรอได้ และระบบจะแจ้งเมื่อมีที่ว่าง

Walk-up conversations
Step close to a teammate and a conversation circle — audio and video — opens by itself. Walk away and it ends.
Zone types

Screen sharing
- Walk into a meeting zone and start a call with your team.
- Click the screen-share icon in the bottom toolbar, choose a window or tab, then Share.
- Click Stop sharing when you are done.
At most two people can present in one zone at a time. If both slots are taken you can request one and we notify you when it opens.
Also in the bottom toolbar
- Emoji / reactions — float an emoji above your head
- Raise hand — ask to speak in a meeting
- Background effects — blur or replace your camera background
- Lock — lock the zone you are in so others have to knock
8ChatChat
- ข้อความส่วนตัว (DM) — คลิกชื่อจาก member panel หรือเมนูบนตัวละคร แล้วพิมพ์ได้เลย
- แชทกลุ่ม — สร้างห้องกลุ่ม ตั้งชื่อ เพิ่ม/ลบสมาชิก ปิดเสียงแจ้งเตือน หรือออกจากกลุ่มได้จากเมนูหัวห้อง
- Reply ยกข้อความเดิมมาอ้างในสายเดิม ส่วน Thread แยกบทสนทนาย่อยออกไป
- ข้อความในโซนประชุมจะอยู่กับโซนนั้น — คุยกันเฉพาะคนที่อยู่ในโซน
- ถ้าคุณไม่ได้ออนไลน์ ระบบจะส่งอีเมลสรุปข้อความที่พลาดให้
- Direct messages — click a name in the member panel or on an avatar and start typing.
- Group chats — create a group, rename it, add or remove members, mute it, or leave from the header menu.
- Reply quotes a message inline; Thread splits the discussion into its own sub-conversation.
- Messages in a meeting zone stay with that zone — only the people inside see them.
- If you are offline, we email you a digest of what you missed.
9สถานะของคุณYour status

โปรไฟล์
ที่หน้า Profile เปลี่ยนชื่อที่แสดง, bio, และรูปโปรไฟล์ได้ (อัปโหลดแล้วครอปในหน้าเดียวกัน) รวมถึงเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านและภาษาของอินเทอร์เฟซ (ไทย / English)
Click your own avatar, or your profile in the left rail, to change status — others see it as a coloured dot next to your name.

You can add a short custom message too, like "deep work until 3pm".
Profile
On the Profile page you can change your display name, bio and picture (upload and crop in place), your password, and the interface language (Thai / English).

เชิญเพื่อนร่วมทีม
- เปิด Invite member ในออฟฟิศ (หรือจากเมนูบนการ์ด Space)
- พิมพ์อีเมลได้สูงสุด 10 คนต่อครั้ง เลือกบทบาท แล้วส่ง — ลิงก์ในอีเมลใช้ได้ 7 วัน
- หรือ copy join link ของ Space ไปแปะในแชททีมก็ได้ (ลิงก์นี้ไม่หมดอายุ และสร้างใหม่ได้ถ้าอยากยกเลิกลิงก์เก่า)
คนที่ขอเข้าผ่านลิงก์จะขึ้นเป็นคำขอให้ Owner/Admin กด Approve หรือ Reject
งานอื่นในหน้า Manage members
- เปลี่ยนบทบาทสมาชิก, ยกเลิกหรือส่งคำเชิญซ้ำ, เอาคนออกจาก Space
- Transfer ownership — โอนสิทธิ์เจ้าของไปให้ Admin คนอื่น (คุณจะกลายเป็น Admin)
- Leave workspace — ต้องพิมพ์ชื่อ Space ให้ตรงเพื่อยืนยัน

Inviting teammates
- Open Invite member inside the office (or from the Space card menu).
- Enter up to 10 email addresses at once, pick a role, and send — the emailed link is valid for 7 days.
- Or copy the Space's join link into your team chat. It doesn't expire, and you can regenerate it to invalidate the old one.
People who arrive via the link show up as a request for an Owner or Admin to Approve or Reject.
Other things on Manage members
- Change a member's role, cancel or resend an invite, remove someone from the Space
- Transfer ownership to another Admin — you become an Admin yourself
- Leave workspace — you must type the Space name exactly to confirm

- Pick a type: Report an issue (with impact level and an attachment), Suggest a feature, General feedback, or Contact support
- We attach your URL, browser and OS automatically — no need to type them
- Attachments: JPG/PNG up to 5MB · description up to 1,000 characters
- You get a ticket number (e.g.
ZYR-128) and a confirmation email; find it again under My tickets
Quick checks before you report
- Are the mic/camera icons red? Turn them on and press Allow in the browser prompt.
- Refresh the page once (F5).
- Choppy video or frequent drops usually means the connection — turning your camera off helps a lot.
- Close other apps holding the camera or mic (Zoom, Meet, OBS).
